ONNEN PÄIVIÄ / HAPPY DAYS

Lomalla on ihanaa silloinkin kun nenä vuotaa, jouluherkut eivät maistu ja tekee mieli vain levätä. Joulun ja uuden vuoden välissä olevat päivät ovat loistavia akunlatauspäiviä.

IN ENGLISH:
It is lovely to be on holiday even with a runny nose, no appetite for Christmas goodies and a need to rest a lot. The days between Christmas and New Year are great for charging batteries if one has a chance to do that.

Moi kaikki! Nyt juttelen mä; Musta. Mä oon kuule nauttinut joulusta. Oon leikkiny käärepapereilla ja aina salaa repiny rusetteja pikkukuusesta ja oon mä pudotellu joulusydämiäkin ikkunalta sekä saunonu Aviomiehen kanssa aina kun tuo nuhanenä-Emäntä on tullut saunasta.
Just nyt mulla on meneillään taas järkytyksen olotila. No kuvittele! Täällä oli eilen VIERAITA! Siis ihmisiä, jotka ei asu täällä joka päivä, mutta jotka jotenkin päästettiin sisälle ja viihtyivät seuraavaan päivään asti. No, tietty mulla on elämästä pohja pois ja oon maannu piilossa saunassa siitä lähtien. (Siis yli 24 tuntia) Täällä on ollut ihan hiljaista jo monta tuntia, mutta mua pelottaa vieläkin. Tietääks kukaan miten tällaisen vieraita pelkäävän kissapoitsun sielunelämää pitäisi hoitaa? Meinaan alkaa tää lauteilla makaaminen rasittamaan....

IN ENGLISH:
Hello all of you lovely guys out there! It's my turn to say something. The Black one is back! I have enjoyed my Christmas. I have played with wrapping papers, torn ribbons from our mini-Christmas tree and dropped a few hearts from the window just because I can. And obviously I have bathed in the sauna every night with the Husband after the runny nosed Mistress of the House has finished her bathing.
At the moment I am going through moments of terror and horribleness. Imagine this! We had some VISITORS yesterday. That is people who do not live here but were invited in and stayed for the night. Obviously I am shattered and I have been hiding in the sauna ever since. (That is over 24 hours now) I think things are back to normal but I am still scared. Does anyone know how a scary cat like me might slowly get used to visitors and maybe become a little braver? I am just asking because as you can imagine this hiding in the sauna business is getting a little bit tiring...

Vuoden vaihtumisessa on parasta se, että lähdetään kevättä kohti. Vielä se ei aivan näy kun hanget korkeat löysivät meidätkin, mutta odotellaan hetki...

The best thing about New Year is that spring is round the corner. Over here it is a mighty big corner and we still have a lot of waiting to do but we are going to the right direction...

Moi. Kai munkin, Kirjavan, pitää sanoa jotakin, vaikka en tiedä huvittaako. Kysyt tietysti, miten on joulu mennyt? Vastaan, hyvin. Sitten utelet, mitä olen tehnyt. No, nukkunut.
